You retain all rights to the content you input into our system. SafeIdea retains rights to our software, AI integrations, and proprietary technology, including our patent-pending confidentiality protection system.

Users may not use our service for illegal purposes, to infringe on others' rights, or to generate harmful, malicious, or misleading content. Our service is intended for legitimate legal work.

7. Limitation of Liability

8. Billing and Cancellation

SafeIdea is a paid subscription service. Seats are billed per user at the rates published on our Pricing page, either month-to-month or annually in advance. Cloud AI token usage is billed through based on actual consumption. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period, and no refunds are issued for partial periods.
